Auditorium

Can be used as the venue for events including various seminars, symposiums and conferences, etc.

  • Key uses : Seminar, symposium and conference, etc.
  • Location : On the 1st floor of the Gwangju Green Car Promotional Center
  • Area : Auditorium: 340.25㎡ (Anteroom: 40.49㎡, VIP standby room: 28.60㎡,Control room: 22.29㎡)
  • Accommodation capacity : of 189 seats
General issues for compliance
  • At the time of brining in the items necessary for the performance, approval of the Center mustbe secured in advance.
  • Personnel in charge of stage installation, rehearsal and MC for harmonious execution of the performance must be appointed by the date immediately prior to the date of performance, and ushers must be assigned and stationed at appropriate locations to guide the audience in an orderly fashion in and out from the performance hall as well as to prevent safety accidents.
  • The user must use the auditorium of Gwangju Green Car Promotional Centerby fulfilling the obligations for exercising of all due precautions as a good administrator, and the user (organizer of the event) shall have the full responsibility for safety accidents arising from the negligence in an obligation for exercising of all due precautions.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all facilities within the performance hall (anteroom, stage, audience section, etc.) and bringing of food into the performance hall is strictly prohibited.
  • Attachment of promotional poster within the Gwangju Green Car Promotional Centermust be approved by the Center in advance.
  • The organizer of the event shall collect and get rid of the wastes generated during the use of the performance hall including the posters and pamphlets, and must tidy up the facilities to the state prior to their use.
  • Installations and brining in of flammable materials that arouse concern for the destruction of the existing building or facilities is strictly prohibited even if they are necessary for the event.
  • In the event of having caused damage to theGwangju Green Car Promotional Centeror a third party due to the occurrence of fire, theft, breakages and other accidents during the rental of the venue due to causes attributable to the lessee, the lessee shall be responsible for compensation for such damages.
  • In the event of occurrence of property losses of the lessee due to natural disasters or a catastrophe, a war, changes in government’s policies andother force majeure causes, Gwangju Green Car Promotional Center shall not be responsible for such losses.

  • Key uses : Meetings, forums, seminars, symposiums and receptions, etc.
  • Location : 2nd and 3rd floors of the Gwangju Green Car Promotional Center
  • Area : Main conference room - 110㎡(1st floor), Main seminar room – 110.96㎡(2nd floor), Small seminar rooms – 56.24㎡(2nd and 3rd floor)

General issues for compliance
